Why should I work with you and not hire a full-time designer?
The average annual cost of a full-time senior-level designer is over $50k, plus benefits. Besides that, there are times when you don't have enough tasks for that person, so you have to pay for time where there is not so many things to do. If our services, you can pause or cancel your subscription as many times as you want and use it only when you need it.
Is there a limit for requests?
No. You can add how many requests you need in your Trello board, and we will deliver them according to the chosen plan.
How fast will you deliver the requests?
We try to stick on one or two working days. Some requests may be more complex and we might require more time, but we can discuss this.
Who does all the work?
I do, the person behind visiongrafik. This is an one person agency. But, if there is something I might not have experience, I will work with my collaborators.
How can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Your subscription is monthly, so this will cover 30 days period. If you want to pause it after 10 days, you will have 21 more days that you can use another time in the future. Just let us know. If you want to cancel it, you simply don't pay in the next month, because there are no rerolling payment.
What programs do you use?
We work with the Adobe Suite plus Figma. All the resources will be taken from Shutterstock, Freepik and Envato.
How do I place my requests?
We use Trello for this. There you can list your tasks, upload or share your docs, images. Also, on Trello we keep you updated with all the things that are done and you can ask for how many revisions do you need until everything is how you want it.
Is there anything you don't cover?
We don't do 3D, HTML/CSS, marketing strategy, ads management, programing/coding.
Can I have a refund if I don't like your services?
Because each design is unique, clearly personalized for you and we spend our resources on it, we cannot provide any refund.
